CX

I've been a fan of cross for a couple years now, just never had the chance to take it on. Finally deciding to jump into it this season, I went full bore and got a proper cross bike (I was originally going to convert my Surley Steam Roller and go it single speed), and after spending the last few mornings out at the old River Road CC doing my best to muck up my new bike, I couldn't be happier. Not to mention relieved that I got a geared bike.

Just wanted to say I'm really looking forward to the upcoming season and any other goings on that have to do with the local cross scene during the week. While this really isn't comparable, I am happy to have the BMX background, but it also leaves me questioning what have I been missing all these years in mountain bikes? Maybe that will happen in the spring...
