my first official post....

being that John has the MTB/CX scene covered...well, I guess road too and James has the bike polo and advocacy scene on point, i'd come in and cover BMX...tahdah!!!!! big suprise i'm sure to all...lol...

ok...first up. NBL Grand National Labor Day weekend!!! times have changed and althout it's free to watch, you gotta pay the 5 bucks to the park to park...that came out odd.....

  3. I really wish I would have known bmx existed when I was a kid. I had a huffy bike that (actually several) that I would ride in the woods, but never did anything else with that. I think if I had been into bmx I would have taken bike riding a lot further than I have now.

    Now that I mtb I realize some of the best Mountain bikers (ones with technical skills) came from the bmx back ground or motor cross back ground. I would love to hit some of the big jumps at Duffield and think that it wouldn't be a problem had I grown up riding bmx.

    At any rate I think it is cool that there is bmx track in the vill. I have went out there a few times on my mtb and had a good time and have gotten a good appreciation for bmx.
