the last 48 hours and rock star wednesdays

i'll start with my ebay auction didn't end well. i rode twice once on the trainer and the mountain bike once. damn did it get hot or what. i dodged the short track race to start on my way to water front wednesday only to detour to a friends house for some beers and to let the kids play. a rock star wednesday is a wednesday without work and heavy drinking on tuesday night. the phrase was given to us by skiles. thanks. it looks like the short track series had a good turnout last night. i headed out this morning to get some coffee beans and as i stood there i realized that my barista needs to have lots of piercings and tattoos. it's the way it should be like coffee, black only. the sox and the evolution of the helmet post/reviews are coming soon, maybe tonight.
