new rules at the house

i don't understand the new rules that have been imposed at my house.
the word has come down from the mrs. no bikes in the kitchen,any water bottles left in the sink for more than 24 hours go to the trash. also my helmet needs to find a new home. i think these are rather harsh rules. help. she said all of these bizarre things after taking this picture and drinking my beer.
