congrats to all that raced and finished. good work tommy board fro coming out and seeing what it's all about. you may get the bug. huge field of cat 4's. it's was good to see people i haven't seen in years lined up next to me. saturdays action was awesome. thanks to all the early risers that came out at 8:30 we cheer on the 4's. i was nice and not so nice to be some of the first people on the course.
day 2 was a bust for. yes i heard the phone ringing but i couldn't get up. it's not for the reason that some of you may think. yeah, the back has me down once again. i spoke to some people on sunday and i wasn't the only one that couldn't get a leg over the bike. well it's a short week and hopefully i can get back on track.
i talked to several pros about the course trying to get feedback. this is some of what was said. the course is hard, the sand is deep, great venue for worlds and the course is very north american with a little euro. it looks like worlds on the river will be something to see. i can't wait for that cold damp january day.
