it's always nice when you can talk to someone at a company. i had a small problem {not really an issue} but was surprised that i had some wear on something 2 weeks old. i contacted the company, spoke to my rep and he listened to what i had to say. amazing{moat people give you cold shoulder} he asked for a photo of the product so i sent it. already received an email that it just so happens that they are going to the manufacturing facility today. it looks like my photos may come in handy. it's nice to deal with made in america companies.
