it's official, we have beer and we have a team.

the louisville dirt club cx team has decided on the beer sponsor. we had a lot of offers come in. pbr was the front runner of awhile but it so cliche and we didn't want to be that kind of a hipster team. the high life was in there but we didn't want the 7 ounce bottles become part of an incident towards the end of the day. then the offers started coming in from europe, well this was great but we really didn't want to give up our american roots for the sports european.

after all the the taste testing and too close to calls we came up with a beer that cover both parameters. hands down stroh's. a european looking label (german heritage) but started in the states in detroit.

we will be testing the beer in hand-up scenarios this coming week. important things we will be looking for, puke factor, ability to chug, and all day power. the beer needs to be like the racers, power all day.
