river road ruckus
well i think it was a pretty good turn out, i counted about 16 people. not to bad with a few days notice 2 websites posting and a sign in front of the store. if you didn't show you missed a loosely organized practice with all levels represented. several shops were represented and teams too. thanks to all that came out. oh,there was lots of cow bell thanks to all the children in attendance. a special thanks to whitney for showing up on her day off with homemade cookies and brownies. she also had lots of fruit, t-shirts, h2o bottles and some beverages of all types. hopefully this will grow as a sunday night thing. sorry no pics.

I hate people who run on the trails with IPODS, you try to get around them and scare them and they are mad.How long should you wait till you run them down?
