what a cold ass morning. damn. broke out the embrocation this morning ahh. so i showed up at the park and was not looking forward to this at all. as mentioned many times before this place is the toughest place on the schedule to race. i take a few practice laps and dare i say, not bad. wait did that just come out of my mouth. the race starts and yes it happened, a couple of wrecks right off the bat. i start on the back row. thanks. i move through some traffic and i'm feeling good. then another wreck on the hill and i take a nice walk. things are going well then i crash on the last lap and i finish 1 lap down.keith m his 2nd appearance at a cx race this year and riding well. scoring is better this year.

i ran into the hand up crew post race and i totally missed the doughnuts and milk was waiting for me and any other 4's that felt the need. you have to hand it to these guys, they come out they don't race they bring their beer and other types of hand ups. you guys need some type of nickname. for the gp i'll bring my tent and you guys will have to man the party tent.

the rest of the days action was awesome. lots of battles going on, chambers vs wunderlich, mcshane vs everyone and add in some morgan webb, tom brockman, and some keith lucas. i was happy to see a large ladies field. the 123's showed up in force. knapp and kersting show us the way for many laps. this race had lapped riders and more than one mechanical. what was up with the jerk off in the 123's dropping the f-bomb on the young kids that were heckling him for not hopping the log. douche.

sorry no pics this week, i forgot to put new batteries in the camera. looking forward to the cincy uci weekend coming up. make sure you check the times because they are different than the norm.
