so the last few days i've been stuck in front of the idiot box. this wasn't my choice but the choice of a nagging back and numb legs. there isn't shit on tv. who comes up with the shows that make it to the air. every channel has a variation of the same type of show with the same plots and characters. more than ever i realize reality shows are a joke. to get on or come up with one of these shows it has to be so unbelievable and over the top. i happened to watch several episodes of the real house wives of orange county. i mean come, are these people even real. what a joke. if that were my family and friends i'd be embarrassed. i also came to the conclusion that judge judy is an asshole. i know everything you see on tv isn't real. i just have to keep telling myself this.

as for the news even sucks. it's not just the bad news but all it does is roll over for the several hours it's on. they say it's live. but up for 2 hours all they do is re-read the same stuff with the same tone, they don't even try to change the wording. also why is it that when the news is on all the station take a break at the same time and run the same commercials.
